GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Under minimal supervision, creates complex plans and drawings for engineering and manufacturing use in satisfying customer requests for product. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required.
Technical or trade schooling preferred.
2 years of experience as mechanical drafter/designer or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Electronic or telecommunications industry preferred.
Advanced knowledge of drafting techniques, CAD software, design rules, procedures and documentation systems required.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
